What is Online Rummy?
Rummy is a classic cardgame where the objective is to be the first to get rid of all your cards, by creating melds, which can either be sets, three or four cards of the same rank, e.g. ♥8♠8♦8, or runs, which are three or more cards of the same suit in a sequence, e.g. ♥A♥2♥3. Players get eliminated if they reach the maximum number of points on the table. So, if one is playing 201 Pool rummy, then players who get 201 points or above will be automatically eliminated. The objective is to score the least amount of points at the end of the game. So, the person who wins the entire game will also be the one who has the least number of points.
Deals Rummy
What sets Deals Rummy apart from other variants is that at the very beginning of the game, all players are allocated a set number of chips. Players will have to play with these chips for a predetermined number of deals. At the end of every deal, the player who wins (the first player to make a valid declaration) will get all the chips. The player with the most number of chips at the end of all the pre-decided deals will then be declared the winner.

Rummy Game Rules and How to Play
The objective of rummy is to win by making a valid declaration. All players have to arrange their cards into sequences and sets. To make a valid declaration, they will need at least two sequences of which one of them has to be a pure sequence. The first player to make a valid declaration which satisfies all rummy rules is the winner.

How to Play Rummy
There are typically either 2 player games or 6 player games. Generally, it is played with 1 to 2 standard decks of 52 cards in 13 card rummy format where all players are dealt with 13 cards. One card is randomly selected and declared as the wild card Joker.
There is an open pile and a closed pile. When it is their turn, players have to draw one card and discard one card.
